James J. Warner began his legal career in 1974 as a San Diego criminal defense attorney. He took on cases involving DUI, theft, drug possession, drug sales, white collar crime, fraud, assaults, gun charges, sex crimes and other crimes. He has now spent 34 years in the courtroom protecting the rights of those charged with crimes. He has handled criminal defense cases all over the country. Over the years, Mr. Warner has expanded his practice from criminal defense to include civil litigation as well. This includes cases involving civil forfeiture, vehicle seizures, personal injury, business litigation, employment disputes and other matters. He uses his years of criminal defense courtroom experience to successfully litigate civil disputes. Regardless of the type of matter, criminal defense or civil litigation, Mr. Warner has consistently provided his clients with aggressive, personal representation.

Frederick M. Reich has been with the Firm for more than 17 years. As a criminal defense attorney he has successfully represented people charged with crimes ranging from DUI to drug possession and sales to murder. In addition, he has focused much of his practice on civil forfeiture and vehicle seizure cases as well as civil litigation. In the civil forfeiture and vehicle seizure matters, Mr. Reich obtained the return of millions of dollars of property to his clients. He has also successfully obtained compensation for his clients who have been injured or involved in employment and business disputes. Mr. Reich provides honest advice and aggressive representation.

The Firm understands that any criminal defense, forfeiture, vehicle seizure or civil litigation case is stressful. One of our goals is to fully inform our clients of the issues in the case, the evidence, the legal process and provide our advice as to the best approach to take in order to obtain the best possible result.
